Machine was bought in march from flipkart and installed by the company. The very next day it was making heavy sounds, water dripping, lack of cooling etc. Many complaints were mad with the numbers [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]. To my surprise the message was received complaints cancelled since customer don't want the service. This can't be accepted. I have spent rs.45000 and swetting for last two months inspite of purchasing this machine. The peak summer is getting over the company is playing with innocent like me. The product carries company warranty. I have sent the complaints to service manager, directors etc. Kindly suggest me what should i do. J guna sekaran - [protected]
