This is in reference to Annual Maintenance Contract - Receipt no. MUM-3 64095 which was valid till 18th April' 2021. Please be informed that from 22nd of March' 2020 till last year September' 2021 we were going through COVID - 19 Pandemic and ON & OFF there were lockdown, due to which the servicing of Hitachi Air-Conditioners was not scheduled / executed. Since November' 2021 I have been requesting M/s. Johnson Controls - Hitachi Air Conditioning India Limited to at least schedule a visit and complete the servicing of AC which is due as per the AMC Agreement. There were NIL services conducted during the AMC period.
I have been refused by your staf[censored]mpteen times that no such services can be provided, since the AMC is no longer valid. This is not acceptable Sir, it was not at all our fault that due to COVID - 19, lockdown was imposed. If Hitachi has charged a fee, they should give the services as agreed. I never said that I won't renew the contract, but before renewal, at least the services which are due should be provided.
Several times complain has been logged via E-mail :- [protected]@jci-hitachi.com, via WhatsApp Message :- [protected], via telephonic Call. Also connected with Management :- Level 1 Mr. Mr Vishal Marar - Manager, National Service Center, Level 2 Mr. Mr Satish Nair - General Manager Service, Level 3 Mr Rajesh Nagari - National Head Service but no positive response.
Such an unprofessional approach was not expected from a reputed company like Hitachi. Hope, you will look into the matter, and give us the services which is long due. Was this information helpful? |
