[Resolved] Hitachi Home & Life Solutions India [Hhli] — faulty pcb | |||
I bought a hitachi 1.5t inverter ac about 2 years ago and it has been functioning poorly since the last 1 year. The cooling at 24 degrees is horrible, plus lot of times it doesnt cool until i switch off the ac, wait for 10-15 mins and restart. Now yesterday the ac does not start at all, and everytime i press the power on button, the ac turns on and switches off while the timer green light blinks 12 times. I raised a compliant about this, the second time in 1 month. Now noble air con, which is the authorized dealer, says pcb is faulty and has to be replaced. After spending almost rs 60, 000 on the inverter ac, i do not expect such a problem so soon, especially from a brand like hitachi. I tried to escalate this to the hitachi customer service person, but noble air con is not cooperating and sharing any email or phone no. Why should i have to pay for a faulty pcb in just under 2 years?? And surprisingly the engineers claim that electronic items can get spoilt in 2 days also as there is no guyarantee! This is unacceptable. Request hitachi service to kindly help in this regard, because i do not expect to pay rs[protected] on a faulty pcb for a 2 year old, expensive ac.
