I have purchased the above ac from bharat electronics on 22/04/2016. After purchasing the ac is not functioning properly for which i am raising complain more than 20 times the engineer comming and every time replaceing one one part and in last month the engineer replaced all the pcb and remote and told if the problem remains then you contact with the company because there is nothing to replace more. After repairing the problem as it is . Further i have booked complain on 10/4/17 but no engineer came and closed the call. I therefore request to replace the defective a c product. My warrenty is going to end so do the need full require ment.

Updated by ramaranjanpadhi The Ac Which I have purchased from bharat Electronics, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, on 22.4.2016 is having some manufacturing defects because I have made several complains regarding the A C, the service engineer visited for the same more than 20 times but the problem remain the same as it is. the service engineer taking the plea of this time it will work perfectly, I have changed all the defects but unfortunately it repeats the same for more than 10 times, so i have no patient to repair the same and I want to replace the same.
