I am extremely unhappy to inform you that a renowned company like hitachi is providing a pathetic service. I had purchase an air condition in the month of june 2017. But till now your ac gas have to refill twice by your company. Now the latest problem a odd smell is coming from the ac and also facing water leakage. I had also send you mails on mail i'd http://www.jci-hitachi.in which is provided by genesis dated on 13th march, 14th march & 18th march. An engineer name mr. Safaroz visited to my home and requested me to repair the ac. Now alternate day i received calls from rajarhat branch, behala branch & jadavpur branch. I am not interested to repair the ac. Request you to kindly replace theac machine as it is causing a daily problem or else i have to take legal action against hitachi. Was this information helpful? | |
