[Resolved] Hitachi Home & Life Solutions India [Hhli] — hitachi ac bought 2 months back | |||
Its been 2 months, i have bought hitchi ac.. It was a defected piece and within 1 month, one of its part got damaged. Now when we have registered our complainent, no body replacing that product, neither they are repairing that. When we called to customer care, they are also disconnecting our call. 15 days back, an engineer was also assigned and he is also not picking up my calls. I want to escalate this issue asap.
