I have purchased this machine in 2016 (Invoice attached) and it was replaced with another machine since it had manufacturing defect, one ofthe pipe inside was bent, because of which there was no cooling and it took almost 3-4 months and whole summer i could not enjoy the cooling.in 2017 it was said that the gas was leaked and new gas was filled as it was under warranty and it worked till october after which i havent used till now. During last week i have booked for servicing. Now your engineer said there is no gas and the gas people came and said that the cooling coil is leaking in 3 places. I was also asked to pay rs.2700 to charge the gas. Unless the ooling coil is changed there will not be any cooling as advised by your engineer. After purchase of this machine every summer i am facing problem and it is only third year. It looks i was given a sub-standard machine and cheated. I look for a solution from your very senior person by understanding this problem. Kindly help and let me get some justification for my purchase and i believed hitachi is best.
