[Resolved] Hitachi Home & Life Solutions India [Hhli] — hitachi fridge is started having issues after purchasing of 6 months

No response till yet continue calling to service desk but not getting help.
Please do help me. Situation is getting worse.
Issue is with behind the vegetable tray we found ice and daily we removing and and again it appears. Service people came and asked to replace the fridge and asked to wait for some time and now no one is responding on phone.
