[Resolved]  Hitachi Home & Life Solutions India [Hhli] — Issue in Hitachi inverter 1.5 ton Split AC due to Negligence by Service center

Hi Team,

My Hitachi 1.5 Split AC stop working after running 8-10 mins, i had complain this incident on 11th April 2022, ref : [protected].

1. 12th April 2022 your engineer visit to find the issue. says that your
0ut door unit controller have issue & need to replace .
2. 19th April 2022 your engineer visit again, this time fault part replaced but again its occurring same issue.
3. 20th April 2022 your engineer visit again now he says your indoor Unit
PC controller having issue & its required to replace.
4. 21th April 2022 your engineer visit again & this time they change indoor unit PC controller but it still have same issue.

This time he check my indoor unit cooper coil & do soldering on my indoor unit cooper coil during this your engineer told me your coil damage & it need to replace.

Due to Negligence by your engineer they have damage my Indoor Unit & not able to resolved my issue after replace AC part & damage my indoor unit.

I am not going to paid any damage amount, Kindly send professional engineer which could resolved my issue asap.
