It's been over 17 days and my split AC part (CONTROLER) has not been replaced yet. We are too frustrated and extremely disappointed with hitachi service. I have called all available numbers but no one is providing any update when it will be replaced. Doesn't look like they will replace it this summer. I'll never buy hitachi products again and won't recommend it to anyone.Hitachi is such a cheat company...

    I have purchase hitachi 1.5 ton split ac in 2019 after 6 month the gas gets leakage after that we fill the gas for Rs 2600. Then the Ac runs fine. In the next session the AC got the pcb problem we also get that changed also but nit satisfied by them. After that I have change the pcb 2 times and now in 2022 it's our 3rd time for changing pcb because the air flow is too slow. Very bad hitachi.

      I bought hitachi one ton inverter ac five months back, now its not working the service person says pcb board problem, it been 20 days the ac still not repaired yet, the service center guys not answering properly. Worst customer service from hitachi, i request hitachi india to replace my unit asap

        Request immediate action on service request no. [protected] for REFRIGERATOR-2 DOOR.

        I have logged complain 40 days back and engineer who visited ensured that it will be done in 2-3 days as they have ordered part required for repair.

        It has been more than 40 days and there is no update from Hitachi.

        This is heights of poor service. Even after multiple follow ups, still complain status is showing pending for part availability.

          I bought hitachi split 1.5 ton AC in 08 march 2021. AC gas ran out after 2 months. AC gas leakaged due to untrained technician who installed the AC.My air condition was run only 2 months in last year.I turn ON AC on 18 April 2022 and saw ac was not cooling. How it is possible that gas leaked 2 times in only 1 year.i have two more ACs in my house which are working fine since 3 years and no gas leaking problem in them.

          I have raisd complained of AC cooling on 20 April 2022 but no technician is come at my home to check my ac. I have raised complianed 4 times but all times i have received message your request is cancellation because we are unable to contact you untill i don't received any call from hitachi service center.I also attached the screenshot of complaint track request.

          We are extremely disappointed by the level of service Hitachi is providing. The service personnel lack skills and trouble shooting, for sure they are sub contracted!

          I'm highly disappointed by the terrible customer service of Hitachi and have already wasted a lot of time on calls with the customer care. I want you to provide a resolution to this ASAP

            Sir/madam
            With reference to the captioned subject, I have purchased 2 acs (as per bill attached) on[protected] of Hitachi from Modern Sales sector 22, Chandigarh. After purchase, I am continuously following up for the installation of the said ACs resulting installation of 1 ac on[protected].
            But the other unit was not working which was told by the company engineer who came for installation.
            I have called many times for installation of second ac to the company concerned persons
            But all in vain.
            After 14 days of billing i.e on 26th april 2022, it was told to me that company has delivered me a damaged outdoor unit( as inpected by Mr. Hardeep Singh- installation engineer).
            Till date i.e till[protected], the unit has not been replaced.
            I wish to inform you that I am extremely annoyed and harrased by the very ill manned, irresponsible behaviour of Hitachi team responsible for delay.

            18 days has been passed and I have done complete payment on[protected]. Till date purchased AC has not been installed. Is this the service company provide to the customer.
            Your installation team (Mr. Jeevan, Mr. Rakesh) are failed to install 1 AC which has been purchased on[protected] toll date.

            The other AC installed is making huge sound while turned on and is not working most of the time. I felt so much harrassment that I cannot even sleep at night in a cold environment after spending so much money on some damaged product.

            Your team has failed to satisfy and failed on install the units or fix the problems regarding the ACs purchased by me. I request you to kindly take action and advice me that how can a reputed company can send a damaged unit to their customer and failed to install 1 AC after 18 days of purchase.

            I conclude that till date 1 Ac which was installed on 14th april 2022 is not working and other AC (with damaged outer unit) has not been installed till date.

            I wont be recommending to purchase Hitachi ACs to anyone as I have suffered alot because of the unprofessional and irresponsible behaviour.

            Kindly revert and take necessary actions against the concerned persons who has delayed the process. I demand for replacement of both the unit as both are not working and causing me alot of problems.

              The AC has been purchased in Gurgaon on 2nd week of April. After installation the outer unit started making noise so much it can be heard from 200 feet distance. I complained the same to customer care and after a long three days wait technician came and checked it and tried to minimize the sound in external unit by putting cloth and cardboard. but could not do so. While going he said some senior technician will come and solve it. Surprisingly the call got closed without fulfilling the promise. Tried reaching customer care and after almost a hour somehow manage to get in touch with them and explained the incident. They have booked a fresh call and after two days somebody came and again tried the same process and minimize the sound. But since then the cooling has stopped and after 1-2 minutes every time the compressor and fan in external unit stopped for next 20 minutes . so the room temp remain very unpleasant even set to 16C. Again I have booked a call and again the same incident happening. tried to reach Mr.Vishal Marar through Hitachi portal, with a big surprised, it is such way designed, after writing everything the submit button does not work. Had Hitachi AC before. But it is strongly recommended to everyone now not to go for Hitachi anymore. My money is wasted and I am in a great pain in this hot summer.

              There are several complain no registered. The latest I received is [protected]. Before that [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected].

              My main complain is never addressed properly. The noise is reduced but meanwhile the cooling is gone. Technician has written " Gas Due". How can I accept that a new air-conditioned is due for gas? I request to replace it and send me a new one and also if model no 312 is available then only. I am ready to pay some extra for this as I came to know from a reliable source that all Ac model no 311, 511 having similar trouble. Last year I purchased a Inverter AC from Haier AC, that is few thousand rupees cheaper than this HITACHI one, That AC is still running without giving any trouble. How come Hitachi is failed to deliver it's brand reputation anymore by making inferior design, that is a big question.

                  I bought hitachi window 5 star inverter ac from Vijay sales janakpuri delhi. Billing date 7/6/2021. I bought the ac with 1 year product warrant and i opted for 2 years of additional warranty. The very first day when the ac was installed at my home it sounded vigorously while it was switched on. I complained regarding this to vijay sales and hitachi customer care and they sent executives at my home. The executives opened the complete ac saying you have done a mistake purchasing this product of hitachi as they are getting a lot complaints for this product. Later in between there were multiple executives from hitachi visited my home to check the ac. Everytime the executives came, they opened the complete machinery of the ac and informed that the product is damaged. In total i had this ac opened for almost 8-10 times till date. After experiencing hassles with the product i requested hitachi customer care people to exchange the product as since I jave bought this ac Multiple people came to check which never helped. As you also understand during covid19, there were people who visited my home several times randomly. All of a sudden the ac was not even switching on. I complained for this by calling vijay sales, but they dis mot respond or either disconnected my call multiple times. I called hitachi to complain about my ac not switching on, they sent an executive from hitachi to inspect, the person said that a part of ac which is called PCB is damaged and needs to be ordered from outside delhi as it was unavailable with them. After a month hitachi executives came at my home saying that they were able to arrange the damaged part for my ac. Post replacing the damaged part they said the motor is faulty. Till date the ac is kot even switching on and i am facing a lot of issues due to this. This is the first time I went for a different ac brand which was the biggest mistake done my me. Im facing so much issues since I have purchased this ac from vijay sales and jo one is willing to help me out. How would one feel if that even after paying almost 400000, the product is opened end to end because of company’s faulty product. Im being Harassed multiple times just because of this ac.

                      Issue in Hitachi inverter 1.5 ton Split AC due to Negligence by Service center

                      Hi Team,

                      My Hitachi 1.5 Split AC stop working after running 8-10 mins, i had complain this incident on 11th April 2022, ref : [protected].

                      1. 12th April 2022 your engineer visit to find the issue. says that your
                      0ut door unit controller have issue & need to replace .
                      2. 19th April 2022 your engineer visit again, this time fault part replaced but again its occurring same issue.

                      This is regarding 1.5 ton split AC which I've purchased from Flipkart around a month back. It started giving issues from second week itself. My earlier complaint number [protected] was closed after 4 days without any resolution whereas the technician who visited me told sensor is faulty. Post which I called again and complaint [protected] was created around 12 days back to which the technician visited my place and diagnosed the PCB as faulty and placed request for a new one. He had visited my place on 12 April and told me we'll receive the new PCB in a week and he'll Change the same. I've been continuously trying to reach your customer care team and technician and not getting any satisfactory response from them. It's been around 20 days since I'm facing this problem and still not resolved yet. I want you to please return my AC and provide me the complete refund. I'm highly disappointed by the terrible customer service of Hitachi and have already wasted a lot of time on calls with the customer care. I want you to provide a resolution to this by today or I'll have to take strict legal action against Hitachi

                      Again the AC is giving the same problem. Using it at 19-20 degree but not effective cooling. Buying Hitachi AC has become the biggest mistake of my life. Even after 4 visits the team is not able to diagnose the problem. I've wasted so much time following up with the customer care and the technicians. I want complete refund for my AC. Pl. initiate the process o[censored]ninstallation and pick up of the AC at the earliest and process the refund otherwise I'll be left with no choice but to take a legal action against Hitachi.

                        Service of hitachi is very poor ..i complained teice n thrice but no response n agents come n go by saying the machine has dis fault or dat but i didnt run my ac a single tym..kindly resole my problem..

                          I have bought new AC worth rs 44000 previous month but now it is not working or cooling and technician told me that gas has been leaked..how it is possible that gas leaked in only one month..i have two more acs in my house which are working fine since 6 years and no gas leaking problem in them..it is totally damaged product received by me by shopkeeper or Hitachi ..kindly return my AC and refund my full amount else I will apply my complain to consumer forum against Hitachi .

                            I write to you to escalate my ongoing issues with the sheer incompetence of the service personnel at Freeze Point.

                            My issue is with how I'm being to told pay for service charges for an issue that clearly has not been rectified.

                            I first contacted Hitachi service around the month of November 2021 which also had to be escalated due to unprofessionalism of the service staff (Which led to the said staff's termination) - I was also handed a signed official bill of repairs carried out to the amount of Rs. 10800.

                            My contention is that a cooling issue or any other thereof MUST be rectified with due diligence and MUST not lead to issue re-occuring in the long run. How am I expected to pay for services that clearly did not provide long-term rectification my original problem of inadequate cooling?

                            However, in this case, the cooling issue is back in spite of me being assured by Freeze Point reps that there will not be issues anymore.

                            I CANNOT be contacting Hitachi service every 3 months or so for the same issue and shell out service charges for frequent breakdowns and issues without the service center being held accountable for long-term resolution.

                            I need service personnel to be due diligent in rectifying cooling issues with my unit in the long run.

                            Failing this, I shall formally raise a complaint with the Consumer Court and also gladly dispose my unit for scrap.

                            This is getting ridiculous to be hearing different things from different people who visit the house, and my unit having to be dismantled and having to stay without an AC in the peak of a Chennai summer.

                            In spite of all this, your service person from Freeze Point had the audacity to mention that resolutions have a 90 day warranty, beyond which I'll need to pay servicce charges again. He also had the audacity to say that I need to buy an AMC to avoid frequent service charges!

                              I have purchased air condition on 17 jan from Himanshu Enterprises INDORE dear on the RAJA ENTERPRISES INDORE that time temperature was 12 degree i didn't know its working or not when I power on air condition on 10 march it was not cooling I complaint it to dealer after a week technician has come and checked it and told us condenser is not working and dealer said complaint has been forwarded to company from that I regularly following up with dealer and head of Hitachi Amit rao contact number ( [protected] ) but they are making excuses saying that after 2 days.
                              I request you pls remove our complaint as soon as possible

                                Hello, we are extremely disappointed by the level of service Hitachi is providing. The service personnel lack skills and trouble shooting, for sure they are sub contracted!

                                Our window AC has been having issues, we were able to lodge a complaint after multiple attempts on the 29th March and your sub contracted service personnel visited our place & changed the Mother Board in a jiffy on 30th March 2022 (which I dont feel was required), of course we were charged 6k since this is an out of warranty case.

                                Ever since that day we have been having issues after issues, he replaced the mother board again, yet the compressor keeps tripping and will only start at its own will. Clearly the solution is not working and on reaching out to the service guy we get vague answers.

                                We have lost patience and do not wish to contact him again. Can someone capable from the Hitachi India Team resolve this?

                                Also your call centres are a nightmare, the way agents talk and how calls are handled can surely blow one's top! Your website doesn't even allow to submit a complaint as the Submit button is not working.

                                Its peak summers and this looming unresolved issue is not helping at all.

                                Eagerly await to hear from you with a concrete solution.

                                  I have bought an hitachi ac on 23rd of march. On 4th april it stopped cooling. On calling the service the service guy declared gas leakage from the outdoor unit. As the replacement window of 10 days was over now i had to make the ac repair under warranty. I registered the breakdown request with Hitachi and now after 11 days still my request is in pending due to no spares available. I am totally devastated and traumatized by this experience. Everyday I call the local service provider and hitachi customer care both give me vague answers and false assurance but no service. My service call no is [protected]

                                    I had bought a hitachi 1.5ton split AC on 5th april, 2022, from Tejindra Traders, meerut .
                                    i am facing 3 issues.
                                    1)Not satisfied with the cooling at all. Even at low temperatures i do not feel AC is present in the room
                                    2)Ac making huge noise
                                    3)The flap of the AC (which swings) does not close wholly when ac is turned off.
                                    I had bought it just 5 days back and issues started arising
                                    I want full refund of my money.

                                      The day Ac was installed, a complaint was registered that it is not working, they checked and replaced smth and charged us.Again I made the complaint but every time they come replace some part but still nothing works.Till now I have spent amount equal to price of AC.They are running scam in the name of Ac even my fan performs better than theirs AC.Hitachi is such a cheat company.
