[Resolved] Hitachi Home & Life Solutions India [Hhli] — low quality 3 door refrigerator | |||
Dear sir/madam, We purchased 3 door hitachi refrigerator from sargam electronic dealer on dated 16.10.2016 of inr 64000.00 with 10 years warranty. At the time of selling sales person told us 10 years warranty on this latest hitachi machine. But after the 13-14 months our refrigerator cooling coil was damaged and not work. When we contact with hitachi service center they refuse to give us warranty on cooling coil. So we paid inr 3200.00 for cooling coil and inr 4779.00 for amc to hitachi company. Now today i writing to you becoz after the first repairing this machine giving us trouble till now. Some time door is not closing and some times cooling not available. From last two days our machine not working again and cooling is not available in upper section. As per company engineer this will take time to repair becoz fans are not working. Again we have to go somewhere to keep our vegetables and others things. We spend huge money from my pocket to buy this machine. I feel cheated now by sargam and hitachi company. Both companies are cheating with customers and taking huge money for selling poor machines. Kindly refund my money on urgent basis.
