[Resolved] Hitachi Home & Life Solutions India [Hhli] — No service even after 100 hours of complaint

My lodged a service request for 1.5 ton split AC under warranty in 24th march 2017
Later reminded them again on 26th march and 27th march
Till date no service engineer visited or contacted me.
Pathetic service.
Is it because it is a free service and they would come come running if it were paid one?
