I booked one refrigerator model no. Rvg540pnd3kx (Ggr) 489 lts. For rs. 64500/- on 11/04/2016 with 0% finance, 0% processing, no file charges from bajaj finance and free home delivery and installation. I got a call from your dealer bansal electronics that come to their shop at sector 16, panchkula for completion of formalities. When i went their he starts demanding 1% extra. I told him that product was booked with above mentioned offer and it was told by hitachi officials. After making some calls he agreed. Now he started demanding bajaj finance card issuing charges which i denied. After some exchange of words he agree not to issue card. Now he starts demanding carriage. I told him that the home delivery & installation is free, but he denied to give the delivery and returned my papers after wasting my one and half an hour. Now what i should do, guide. Booking sr.
