[Resolved] Hitachi Home & Life Solutions India [Hhli] — not providing service after taking fees | |||||
I gave complaint about AC not working through customer care on 5th August 2017. The engineer visited on 7th August and said a new motor will be required and they will bring and replace with old one. He took 500 rupees and went away and said he will come next day and replace it. After going back neither he is picking phone and it has not been replaced yet. Meanwhile I have called twice to customer care and they said they will take it with highest priority and I will definitely get a call back and now it's more than 9 days and no one is listening and Hitachi ran away with visiting fees without providing solution.
