[Resolved] Hitachi Home & Life Solutions India [Hhli] — refrigerator | |||
I purchased double door refrigerator from hitachi. Within span of 11 month compressor found defective which company replaced without charging any thing. After six months again compressor problem. Company replaced it charging 2750 for gas filling. Again system linkage and compressor problem in three months. I requested company to replace me new refrigerator charging me depreciation amount. Company is not ready for that. This time even they collected from me rs 500+3200 for visiting charge and spare part charge. Not only this they said i will have to pay some amount for gas filling also. At present i am without ref. Since one month, of course they have said that it will be repaired by this evening. Can'n the company replace new charging some amount from me. Because i do not know that there will not be any problem in next few months. Was this information helpful? | |||
