I bought Hitachi split AC in 2013, now for consecutively 2 years it has been giving PCB problem. Either u replace it or repair it. Worst Hitachi product. Can't recommend Hitachi to anyone. You ought to at least care for the products you sold. Customers pay hefty amount. You shouldn't take consumers for granted. If we call your technician they upfront ask for 500 bucks, but why should we pay when it's your fault. Is this how to loot customers, sell defective piece n charge therein.
