[Resolved] Hitachi Home & Life Solutions India [Hhli] — Split ac installation services

We have purchased a split AC and paid in full thus demanded to get the installation done the very next day.
Now the service guy shows up in his arrogant irritated mood. Above that he blames us because the distance between the wall where AC is placed and the window grill is wide due to seating platform next to window. Long back we consulted a constructor who told us AC installation guys have equipments that can drill through such wide gaps.
But this dumb service guy gives us suggestion to cut the window glass to pass the pipe..
A service guy has forgotten we are installing AC which requires window closed of any guys..
Is this the quality of Hitachi personnel??
Truly Hitachi Services are worst in the lot. Never had I seen anyone so arrogant and dumb.
I am hopeful the management takes notice of this and my case is resolved within 1 day.
Else be assured I am going to spread bad word of mouth regarding you and exchanging this uninstalled AC!
