Respected Sir,

I have purchased 2 units of Hitachi AC S1.2 Tons RAU514AWD from Kohinoor Televideo Pvt. Ltd. At Mulund Check Naka, Mulund West, on vide Invoice No. MUL/559727 Dtd.28/03/2016.

Both units installed on 30/03/2016. I am disappoint to inform you that, the product of your company is giving us problem. There is NO COOLING effect from the Air Conditioner.

From 2nd April 2016 we are complaining it about this problem till today we have complain it about 12 times. The records of all call no. and Breakdown no. dated on particular date are as follows:

After my complaint a person came from your side and check the A/C. But still there is NO COOLING EFFECT from Air Conditioner.

I request you to short out the problem or replace it as soon as possible. Waiting for a positive reply.
