[Resolved] Hitachi Home & Life Solutions India [Hhli] — Unprofessional conduct in delivering Hitachi refrigerator | |||||
I booked for a Hitachi refrigerator with model number- WB550PND2(510 ltr) on 29th March from Ezone, Bhawanipur, Kolkata and they have told that it will be delivered by 4th April but till today, 11th March the product has not yet been delivered. Is this a professional conduct that Hitachi gives where there is no commitment. I claim compensation for the same as I don't yet have the confirmation when ultimately the product will get delivered.
