[Resolved] Hitachi Home & Life Solutions India [Hhli] — Window AC | |||
Hi Team, This is the fourth time I am contacting you for the same issue. In my last Email I mentioned that your executive promised to come to my house to fill leaked gas in the window AC. After making several calls to the customer, an executive visited and filled the GAS on Monday. The Ac just worked for 1 day and again it is the same. There is no cooling at all. I am so dam fed up with this product and your customer care. I have made another complaint today (Complaint num [protected]) and this time I need this AC to be replaced ASAP. I need this to be done by tomorrow or else I am going to the consumer court. Was this information helpful? | |||
