Hitachi — Service Request

I have lodged request for my Air Condition on 20.05.20104 and I was said that the technician will call u up but I didn't received any call so across I again requested on 22.05.2014 again the customer care executive said the same memorised words but to no avail I again called up but to my surprise to date no calls have been received by me. So it seems to me that the Hitachi people are not service oriented as this is not the first time as such recently i purchased Samsung AC and i m getting wonderful service also i suggested my freinds & relatives not to buy your product instead go for LG or Samsung.
