Hitachi — Window ac | |||
I bought an ac on 8th march 2015 from kapila electronics(Janakpuri, new delhi). While buying the product, no one told us that the ac has to be serviced thrice in the first year. Yesterday i switched on my ac first time after last summers and it was making a lot of noise. I immediately made a service request, i knew that my warranty has expired and i will have to pay for it, however the technician told me that there is gas issue and it will cost inr 3500 along with inr 750 service cost. I have no other option but to pay right now however i expect hitachi to pay this 3500 as it has only been 25 days out of warranty and i expect some customer centric approach here. Regards Disha Reg.
