I must salute the stupidity of the customer care department of Home Credit. Before asking the Contract ID or Loan Account Number, they didn't feel the need to know the whether the complainant is loanee of their pathetic company in the first place. It is almost one week, I am receiving the calls from the stupid telecallers with no decency to show. I have almost bloked more than 50 numbers and every time there is a different number asking for some Romi Singh. How much intellect does it need to understand statement "I am not Romi Singh and I never known any". Now with all the call recordings i have, I am left with no option but to file a complaint against the harassment caused by this dubious company and its telecallers.
From many other complaints filed against Home Credit, it is quite clear that it is a Home Credit Company's ploy to use some unknown name and harass people with the phone calls telling them that their customer has given them their number. On an average two calls per ten minutes. Cant get rid of them without taking legal recourse.
The number on which i am receiving calls has already been mailed to you. Appropriate action may please be initiated immediately and confirmed as I have already initiated my legal recourse. This is for your notice please.
Home Credit Company and its telecallers trained precisely to observe everything what is unethical in the realm of telecalling. All those people, who have been tortured by these goons on telephone should not hesitate filing FIR against them in the first instance. These people are incorrigible. Despite all my efforts and writing mails to there pathetic customer care department for over a week, NOTHING, literally nothing was done by them on the issue. May, whosoever, this ROMI SINGH is, never return whatever he may owe to this pathetic company. For the torture they are meting to general public, they should be dealt this way by their clients.
