Dear sir,
I have purchased a mobile phone [ lava iris x8 - rs. 8500/- ] from shiv shakti mobile point sikar road harmara on emi from home credit india finance company. When i purchased the mobile phone, dealer & home credit executive tell me that "if you purchase on emi, you have to pay 12 emi and if you do for close, you have to pay only maximum interest rate of rs. 550/- like this you have to pay only rs. 9150/- (8500 mobile phone rate + 550 interest rate = total 9150/-)". But now the company is calling me again and again and want to collect unwanted charges and say that pay us 4 more emi, you you not pay, we will case/ start other payment recovery process. Sir, home credit india finance company is treat me and i am in mentally pressure. My loan account number is [protected]. I have all slips of paid amount. I have already paid whole amount, which was explain by the home credit company executive at the time of purchase mobile phone. I have already paid rs. 150/- extra to home credit while legally my payment is made only rs. 9150/-. Please do for it.

      It's a fraud company do not trust on this company, .

          Your staff is dialling from morning till evening and unnecessarily harassing for repayment . I have been making my payments regularly . Only in march i couldnot make due to finanacial obligations and had informed your people's that i shall make it at the earliest . but it is very astonishing that you have not gone on my records and started calling persons who were not named in while taking credit from u . And even your staff is uneducated and needs to be taught how to taik to customers, particularly elderly . Your institution is getting bad name because of their misbehaviour .I therfore request you to please do not call my relatives or any other person except me . Hope u will seriously look into the matter and instruct your staff to follow .

            Hi my name is vijay ranga contract number [protected] . Got a call from home credit india regarding pre approved cash loan as i had respectfully paid all my dues and closed an ealrlier consumer loan ..That made me eligible for a cash loan to which i agreed to sign the sanction letter ..After submitting the documents for cash loan on 30thmarch 2016 i was informed that i will get my money in 48 hr ie friday 1st april ..No loan amount reflected ..Then i called up the customer care and was ask to send one more document which i scaned and sent and was told that i will recive money on 2nd april 2016 ..Again no money came in .. I again called up contact centre and i was told that money has being sent from their end on 5:43pm neft on 2nd april within 10 minutes the money should be credited but no funds reflected .. I kept calling and everybody had different answers .. The loan processor niruta.Rimal at home credit doesn't answer my phone calls no calls returned by her . It's monday today i have called up home credit atleast 14 times today but everyone keeps saying thode time mei check kar lo ..It's already 8pm and no funds in account today 2 guys from home credit hung up on me .. Plus the last person whom i spoke with in cash loan department around 6ish he said "atm mei jaake check karo" i was literraly trusted and told him that i had just check my mobile app and my bank account doesn't reflect any loan amount credit .But still he insisted to check atm wow .. Is that the pathetic customer service of home credit .. They are sending me messages that my first emi is due on 2nd may 2016 but no one is responding why have i still not received the loan amount in my account

                  I have been receiving calls from the home credit telecallers who have made more than 50 calls in the past two days and despite telling them numerous time of their looking for wrong person on my phone (Shivam verma), they persistently making calls from different numbers. I have call recording of all the conversation. Despite my warning them of not making calls on my number, they are using filthy language and persistently calling on my number, on an average 3 calls in 15 minutes. Its such a harassment.                         The loan agent doesn't provide currect loan information about price.
                        First time they say only 800 rupees loan on 9700 rupees phone but after the loan passing I am see the bill the loan price in 2500 extra.
                        If I know the loan cost is 2500 then I am not require the loan.
                        And they all agent misbehave with me and they are communicate whithout any format.
                        They are not give current loan information. The target of agent is only pass the loan.

                          Dear Team, I am raising a complain due to telephone call harassment on daily basis 12 to 25 calls daily.out of some Automatic Call I have also Request to toll free no [protected] and mailed to [protected]@homecredit.co.in for stop call me/harassing but story remain same. i received approx 15 call with different different numbers. However I didn't not taken any loan, I have already requested to your executive that please remove my mobile number from your database but they do not do any thing and warned that you will receive daily call the statement like "Kar lo jo krna hai call toh aaegi" "ye to automatic call hai, Requesting you to please remove my m.no from your database and do not call Their behaviour is very rude when they talk to me. Please help me from getting disturbed and harassed, it will be a great help to have our peace of mind! i dont know who give my number . when i requested to them please stop calling me they told "naveen ko lakar aaooo, naveen se baat karao'" than we stop this ...

                                I have a two wheeler loan no-[protected] which is going on since 17th may 2015. This is one my worst decision which i have taken in my whole life.

                                These guys are pathetic and used to give repeated reminder calls to customers at any time in a day i.E 7 a.M. In the morning.
