Dear sir/ Madam, This is in regards to your reply with your baseless reply and am not that kind of customer you are thinking that will u satisfy with baseless reply and resolution.Firstly I want to draw yours kind attaention towards the scenario, I was truly affescted by Non fortunate conditions, That truly bad experienced me and after that I paid you fully and final payments including interest and penalty to you, and if you are saying that Thus, "we cannot change the status from Written Off to Closed/Standard. "Than please let me know how you cannot remove this Because of MASTER CIRCULAR NO.DBOD NO.BP.BC.20/21.04.048/2008-09Dated 04 july 2008, as per annexure 4.2.5 4.2.5 Upgradation of loan accounts classified as NPAs If arrears of interest and principal are paid by the borrower in the case of loan accounts classified as NPAs, the account should no longer be treated as nonperforming and may be classified as ‘standard Accounts. With regard to upgradation of a restructured/ rescheduled account which is classified as NPA contents of paragraphs 4.2.15 and 4.2.16 will be applicable. Now if all these definition could not understand you Than specifically I Moved to Consumer court for mine justce and mine propers Accounts.because you know a little part of law ., and I know evRy part of law and rules and notifications..and this is mine last warning if you will not closed mine account, Than fasttrack court will decide what to do ..
