I will like to bring to your notice that I don't need safe pay services because i maintain my account balance.
Complaint:
1. First of all the shopkeeper did not ask me for the safe pay option, he applied for it on his own.
2. I have called your customer service thrice and the issue is still unresolved. Once they put my call on hold for more than half an hour and after that twice refused to take the request because the bill was generated.
Request:
I request you to terminate your safe pay services with immediate effect and to adjust the amount in my running loan.
