      Sir I had taken a loan of 1.5 lakhs who was 30 years old. Whose EMI was 7836 every month. I took 4 months Monotorian ..According of loan time. I had to pay 1.5 lakh rupees to 235, 080 rupees. I have given 245, 108 rupees to you till now. I have made 10000 rupess more than the loan amount. And no one had given me any information about monitorium guidelines. I have not any balance with you according to my records and neither will I give any other amount . You have written in the mail that Next EMI. Which is Next EMI? . you told me to do it in April for 24112 rupees. the key amount was also getting delayed because anyone is not giving the Right information. I have all the statements now. You will check your record and don't expect penalty from me.

            Sir I had purchased a vivo phone from Gupta Electronics on emi. And payment had already completed. But sir Gupta electronics made a fraud on my id and issue an oppo phone on my id. And now everyday home credit call me and say that pay the emi otherwise they will affect my cibil score.

                    My contract number [protected] on this there is overdue of around 4 month EMI but the thing is that not able to pay the EMI as I request settlement so many time but they are demanding one time payment which is not in my condition as I agree I request them for 30th April but due to lack of payment it was not done so now if they can extent the EMI duration and could reduce this EMI as relief then it would be great relief as from next month I will be able to pay the regular EMI on time .

                      I have taken a 2 lakh loan for 48 months tenure in home credit finance due to some emergency i have not checked about interest n all even after knowing that i have to paying them back for double (4, 25, 000/-) but still i have never missed the payments till this COVID-19 due to this even all over world has suffered lack of job and as well money In dat time this customer care service were calling daily more 20 times even though if i answer and inform them about the situation for 3 months i have applied for mortgage and the whatever the interest falls i will pay at the end but the customer service said okay will apply but they have rejected my request without knowingly but in the meanwhile they have raised a complaint and those polices are giving me mental torture every month they ask to contact some advocate to call and sort it out but when i call that advocate those people ask me to pay 2, 80, 000/- immediately but my loan is left for 18 months where is 1, 91, 000/- including the dues paka fraud company fooling people and ask them the pay extra while returning.

                        My sister had got sanction for personal loan of Rs. 171000 in Home credit india. She has been continuously paying the EMI without any delay. Since covid, due to the situation she couldn't pay EMI for 3 months. After that, she has been regularly paying. When asking for pre closure details, they ask to pay Rs. 1, 13, 289. But the loan period is only 48 months and she already paid for 36 months. Even the loan amount is 171000 and we already paid for 36 months, then how could be the pending amount this much available. Kindly clarify the same

                          I took loan from home credit & when the lockdown started they rejected my moratorium and after that they closed the and asked me to pay the full amount and that to with more interest rates & now I said I am ready to make settlement and they are not giving it on the mail and I have not received any kind of mails regarding the settlement which I asked for on the mail. and now they are saying we will make a police complaint and sent a vasuli team at home and will make my life hell. but they are not event accepting that we will not mail you it will happen on a call and I haven't received any kind of mails by them are they are not even sent me the settlement details on the mail. and now they threatening me that we are doing police complaint and will send team at your home. I have not said that ill not pay I just asked to mail me the settlement details on mail they are like we will not it will happen on call only.

                              My Loan no. Is [protected] I don't even remember about my loan but last week I let to know through call he said he is a employee of home credit and you have a running loan of about 13k ruppess which is pending for the last 1 year. Because of this I told him that I'll pay my amount at 19/04/2022 but from morning onwards he is calling me for the same... Then a doubt occure to me about this, when I check the number he is calling is spam and fake and register with some zest money then I don't respond him.. and I told him if he wants to contact me then he should talk to me at mail or from some official number.. but again he is calling me from different numbers.. but in between that process I paid a amount of 1500 ruppess through phonepay to my loan no., When I asked him how much amount I have paid to my loan accounting you are in home credit then he stabed me and said I don't know... I know you ( Teri aukat nai hai please Dene ki... And all ) after that he called my father and said lot of things he abused him also... Now I want to tell you if you don't take necessary actions against this.. then I filed a complaint home credit for the same.. I am going to mention the numbers also which he is calling from and I want a response from you till tomorrow any how... Because this is not acceptable from home credit if I am willing to pay my whole amount then I'll not tolerate this type of irrational behaviour against my family.. and if any call going to my family again tomorrow then I will file a complaint...                                       I have fully paid the EMI of the Loan number- [protected]. You have also sent me the NOC for the same but in your website it is showing that i have an Outstanding EMI. I have attached the screenshot of NOC and Error Below

                                      Please solve the issue as soon as possible because it is badly affecting my CIBIL score.
