I have taken a 2 lakh loan for 48 months tenure in home credit finance due to some emergency i have not checked about interest n all even after knowing that i have to paying them back for double (4, 25, 000/-) but still i have never missed the payments till this COVID-19 due to this even all over world has suffered lack of job and as well money In dat time this customer care service were calling daily more 20 times even though if i answer and inform them about the situation for 3 months i have applied for mortgage and the whatever the interest falls i will pay at the end but the customer service said okay will apply but they have rejected my request without knowingly but in the meanwhile they have raised a complaint and those polices are giving me mental torture every month they ask to contact some advocate to call and sort it out but when i call that advocate those people ask me to pay 2, 80, 000/- immediately but my loan is left for 18 months where is 1, 91, 000/- including the dues paka fraud company fooling people and ask them the pay extra while returning.
