      One of the agent of Home credit 91 [protected] threating me to visit my home and was not in proper way to talk as of now If already informed to the team that by this 30 June I will get my salary and will pay the EMI and will proceed for settlement then why again and again they are creating torture to me as of now not having single amount to pay but still trying to arrange the money so its request please HOME CREDIT team stop all collection activities till 30th JUNE I make sure will clear the overdue by 30th June

        Hi

        I have not taken any loan from this Home Credit company but someone in my contact list has some due payments of this company which has nothing to do with me and not my responsibility to recover the amount.

        I am gettings more than 15 calls per day which is like a harrassment happening with me because i have nothing to take with that person and i have informed this many times to Home credit. But they are continually calling me and harassing me. I would definitely go further to highlight this case if my complaint is not taken care.

          Hi Team,

          My Loan no. - [protected]
          I took 90000 rupees loan on June, 2019 and tenure was 48 months of EMI 4013 rupees.Due to covid I had to take moratorium from 1st march 2020 to 31st august 2020 then after moratorium period my EMI tenure extended from 48 months to 67 months. But as per RBI letter on 7th April, 2021 clearly mentioned by them -

          . Refund/adjustment of ‘interest on interest’
          2. All lending institutions
          1 shall immediately put in place a Board-approved policy to
          refund/adjust the ‘interest on interest’ charged to the borrowers during the moratorium
          period, i.e. March 1, 2020 to August 31, 2020 in conformity with the above judgement.
          In order to ensure that the above judgement is implemented uniformly in letter and
          spirit by all lending institutions, methodology for calculation of the amount to be
          refunded/adjusted for different facilities shall be finalised by the Indian Banks
          Association (IBA) in consultation with other industry participants/bodies, which shall
          be adopted by all lending institutions.

          Please find complete letter attached.

          I just want to be clear on one thing. After declaration of RBI to refund/adjust this mortatorium period interest amount why you are still charging the interest or why you did not refund/adjust the interest amount of that period yet on my loan.

          I had already asked on your mail support but they only misguided me.

          I want this issue resolved ASAP.

            January 2022 me mujhe pata laga ke is company ne moretorium ke naam par 30000 rp ka extra charge lagaya hai jo ki sirf 5 ka charge tha
            Enquiry karne par pata laga ke 2000 rp charge tha to total 5 month ka charge 10000 tha jise inhone mre loan ki principal amount me add kiya or us par loan k rate ke according interest laga diya
            Ye log ki hadd to tab bdhi jab inhone mujhe advocate ke side se recall letter bheja
            And aaj 14 June 22 ko ek call aaya mujhe jo bol raha tha ke wo Delhi police se baat kar raha hai or mere oopar charge hai
            Fir usne ek advocate ka number diya jisne mujhe bataya ke agar aaj apne payment nai ki to legal proceedings hogi
            Ab wo muje darane ke liye call kar rahe the ya real me

              Hi Team,

              I am very fed-up with your service after ruined my life and Cibil score you guy's are coning people.

              I took one tow-wheeler loan from your company and I was paying that on time then all of the sudden one incident happened, someone put my bike on fire in new year night. after that, When I reached your gurugram office for a discussion about my loan payment and their insurance claim submission. At that time (Your Company employee) didn't even listen to me and throw me out of the office. after this happened I put my payment to hold because this event got me very angry. Then your recovery team makes lots of phone calls and reaches out. After I got my insurance cheque I submitted it to your employee and ask for early payment reimbursement for interest but they denied it. My loan was about 1.5 years and I almost pay 48 + 4+4 thousand payments in six months still they do want me to submit more payments for the same.

              Till the end I don't have my bike all insurance payment goes to you, EMI goes to you, Rest of the payments which I made this month is goes to you. The Down payment of around 20 thousand goes from my side which is a loss.

              What I got, Loss in Cibil score, Loss of leaves which I took during for submission of your money on time, Got a headache from the recovery team, Extra money loss,

              In the end I am not getting my closure letter.

                  I pay EMI of Rs. 4851 on 8 jun 2022 using UPI. but error appears on home credit page while initiating transaction. When i open phone pay app and pay requested amount, the transaction got successful. and amount deducted from my account. but it is not updated in the home credit app. Please Update EMI in the App.

I have contacted them on mail and contact number but no resolution even the mail reply was “that we are sorry we cannot help in removing your contact from ivr service” they start calling early morning in weekends that is too annoying and disturbing.

                      These calls are ridiculous. Despite of telling them from past 3 days that I am not the concerned person, they are calling till date. Seems that home credit staff is brainless. I have called toll free no. And have sent formal mail to I'd mentioned on website but it is of no use. I have already blocked 20+ numbers and everything a new person calls from a new number from so called Home credit. Somebody help.

                                Sir I had taken a loan of 1.5 lakhs who was 30 years old. Whose EMI was 7836 every month. I took 4 months Monotorian ..According of loan time. I had to pay 1.5 lakh rupees to 235, 080 rupees. I have given 245, 108 rupees to you till now. I have made 10000 rupess more than the loan amount. And no one had given me any information about monitorium guidelines. I have not any balance with you according to my records and neither will I give any other amount . You have written in the mail that Next EMI. Which is Next EMI? . you told me to do it in April for 24112 rupees. the key amount was also getting delayed because anyone is not giving the Right information. I have all the statements now. You will check your record and don't expect penalty from me.

                                      Sir I had purchased a vivo phone from Gupta Electronics on emi. And payment had already completed.                                         I am informing you that on 1 May 2022 I have cleared my dues. I am waiting to receive my NDC from Home Credit, however, I am receiving poor customer service. They are sending me the same email template. I have called customer service numerous times, however, I still receive no response. Also, my Cibil report shows the loan as written off.
