[Resolved] Home Credit India Finance — error occurrence

Hello, I have been trying to access the process after entering the UPI ID but every time after entering the ID I'am getting an error in a pop-up box that my loan application has been cancelled on my request. So please rectify this problem as soon as possible. Also when I was trying to get to the second stage a pop-up box appeared saying, " dear customer, your application cannot be processed right now, please do again after sometime". I paid 2 times EMI by mistake 1st payment 1256/- on 2 nd april 2018 and second payment 1253/- on 3 rd april on same loan account no. Please refund my extra Money.
