    From last three days i m trying to complete loan process but it is not happening the process get always stuck in last stage there is no progress from there i mailed the issue to the customer care email id but there is no reponse from them so i request to solve my problem as soon as possible i m in a urgent need

    Don't take a loan from home credit .they take a very high interest rate which is more then 35 percent.it is better to apply loan in any bank in which you can get a loan on 11 to 20 percent intrest rate.
    Don't take a loan from home credit .intrest rate of homecredit is around 20 to 25 percent in flat rate so actual annual intrest rate on reducing rate is 35 percent to 42 percent in .it is too high compared to intrest rate of Bank. it is better to take a loan from bank .
    even i am facing the same problem. Whole process get stuck on last stage. i mailed dem numerous times WITH SCREENSHOT OF THE ERROR. Called there useless customer care representatives soo many time. Dey dont know anything. Nothing happend till now.

      Hello,
      I have applied for instant cash loan of 25000 but i am facing problem in submission from many days. I also tried from different devices as well as browsers but nothing helps. Everytime its only showing "we are processing your request please wait". I also mailed with screenshots to [protected]@homecredit.co.in and [protected]@homecredit.co.in but they didnt replied. Please resolve this issue instantly and don't say mail them again on [protected]@homecredit.co.in

        I had became a victim of home credit personal loan fraud. This company takes a very high intrest rate. And even if you want to foreclosure the loan. They demand very high outstanding amount. I calculated in calculator that how much intrest they taking, i came to know that they take above 35 percent intrest rate. If your actual intrest rate is above 35 percent, why wrote. Wrong intrest rate in loan summary
        .in loan summary home crdit write intrest rate from 20 to 30 percent but in actual they take minimum 35 percent to 45 percent intrest rate. Customer support agent also dont know that how intrest is calculated, they just reply common answer that it's a system generated amount and they don't know that how intrest calculated. There are many complaints on home credit regarding intrest rate. So it is proved that it's a fraud company.

            Am an existing customer with the loan a/c No. [protected], which i have closed last week 3 months earlier as it was suppose to complete by August 2018 thinking that i can close this account and apply for new loan as i got some money with me.

            When i have closed my loan account and same day i Tried to apply for the new loan i as not able to apply online as at 1st step only i was getting error as web page struck and loading a lot displaying as possesing . then again i tried may times but no response near about 50-60 times i tried with multiple OTP . Then i called many times to customer care, they suggested to send the screenshot of page error at [protected]@homecredit.co.in and [protected]@homecredit.co.in, which i have done thrice but no response . I waited last 4 days . Again i called up and asked about the reply to customer care then they are saying like there is no complaint registered .

            today again i have called customer care and pathetic reply receieved that he dont know anything and cant help out and again took complaint (Mr. Kiran) . by keeping online to mr. Kiran i filled application ... after entering adhaar card i got to 2 step where i have been asked for filling mother first name etc., i have filled all as per aadhaar after complition of filling am unable to click on Correct red button its not allowing but the same am able to click on Incorrect black button... dont know whats going on... request you to take this on priority and do the needful...

              I had taken personal loan from home credit on 22 percent intrest rate.After paid a 11 EMI, i asked a outStanding amount to customer care.they said my outstanding amount is 63097. which iS too high .i allready paid more than 30, 000 and they just deduct 7000 from 30, 000. Means they taken a 23000 As a intrest. when I calculated in EMI calculator app, i came to know that actual intrest rate is above 40 percent .why you wrote wrong intrest rate in Loan summary. and while taking loan, your agent didn't tell that home credit takes a above 40 percent intrest rate.if i knew real intrest rate while applying a loan, i would never applied a loan from home credit . I had decided for never take any type of loan from home credit in future.

                I had taken personal loan of 70, 000 on intrest rate of 22 percent.i had already paid a 11 EMI.now i want to close the loan so I asked for outstanding amount to customer care.i got shocked to hear that my outstanding amount is 63, 097 now.i allready paid a 30, 000 for 70, 000 loan and after paid 11 emi they said my out standing amount is 63097. i calculated a intrest rate .then I came to know that home credit taking 36 percent intrest rate instead of 22 percent intrest rate. i am doing a job with a low salary and home credit takes a very high intrest rate .i had decided for never take any type of loan from home credit .i feel that home credit had done the fraud with me.

                  Hello. i had taken a personal loan from home credit .in my loan summary intrest rate is shown as 22 percent.but when I checked in calculator I came to know that actual intrest rate is above 35 percent which is too high than any bank.Bank gives on loan on intrest rate from 11 percent to 20 percent .while home credit takes 35 percent intrest rate. I feel intrest rate is too high as compared to intrest rate of bank.i have decided to close home credit personal loan .

                  I know that you can not help me even after I provide you loan number .I just came to know that home credit is fraud company in personal loan.i had call to customer care and asked about why foreclosure amount is too high .customer support agent told that it's system generated amount. the reply was given to fool the customer that it's a system generated amount . why you didn't tell the people actual intrest rate while giving a loan? why you hide that you take a intrest rate above 40 percent on personal loan? I am highly unsatisfied with your personal loan service.

                        I have tried from past 4 days to apply for a online loan from your website. But each time after i updated my adhaar details when i click correct button, it shows one popup box "dear customer, your application cannot be processed right now, please do again after sometime". I think this would be a website problem. I mailed to them but didnt get any proper answer. When people in need of emergency, i dont know how this would be helpful..

                        they have no proper solution for online loan

                        they having there sites issue,
                        even after given the attachment screenshot then also, they are not able solve customer quires in online loan.

                              I have requested for the noc letter against the loan account no[protected]
                              I have been pursing them it for the past 10 days now. Since friday i was told thrice by their executives mr mani and mr jayant, mr aniket and a few more had told that the letter will be mailed in about an hour everytime but no traces of the mail has not been sent
                              I have requested for it due to some urgency but that has not been taken care of. This is highly disappointing.
                              Kindly take up this issue.

                                    please tell me one thing what is my annual interest amount if loan amount is 104, 000 and flaterate of interset is 19.62%
                                    Your Actual annual intrest rate is above 35 percent .it is better to take loan from bank than Homecredit. intest rate in bank is up to 24 percent and it is on reducing rate so if you take a loan from bank.intrest is about 50 percent less than homecredito. I advise you to take a Balance transfer loan from bank and close your home credit loan as early as possible.

                                      I applied for loan on 2th apr 2018. I got loan approved for 50000. But still that amount not credited in to my bank account. But its showing due date. I called many times custmer care no solution. I sent mail to [protected]@homecredit.co.in with bank statement. But no solutions. My registred mobile number [protected]. And conract no.[protected]. Name kurpati bhargavaramulu.
                                      Solve my problem as soon as posible.
                                      If we pay one day late there ia showing penalty. This people delaying more then 7 days. What is the penalty for this companys. Am expireancing very bad with home credit.
