I had taken personal loan from home credit on 22 percent intrest rate.After paid a 11 EMI, i asked a outStanding amount to customer care.they said my outstanding amount is 63097. which iS too high .i allready paid more than 30, 000 and they just deduct 7000 from 30, 000. Means they taken a 23000 As a intrest. when I calculated in EMI calculator app, i came to know that actual intrest rate is above 40 percent .why you wrote wrong intrest rate...

Hello. i had taken a personal loan from home credit .in my loan summary intrest rate is shown as 22 percent.but when I checked in calculator I came to know that actual intrest rate is above 35 percent which is too high than any bank.Bank gives on loan on intrest rate from 11 percent to 20 percent .while home credit takes 35 percent intrest rate. I have tried from past 4 days to apply for a online loan from your website. But each time after i updated my adhaar details when i click correct button, it shows one popup box "dear customer, your application cannot be processed right now, please do again after sometime". I think this would be a website problem. I mailed to them but didnt get any proper answer. When people in need of emergency, i dont know how this would be helpful.....

Their process is completely incorrect.
Even by paying my due amount on the due date but it was thru different mode of payment. The cheque was hit on the next day and i got a bounce charge as i utilized that money for making the payment a day prior. On escalating this issue the cust satisfication was not considered and simply the answer was we can not help you. Where is customer service over here....

Please note for above loan number i had not availed has been wrongly linked to my cibil. I had sent a mail on 19.04.2018 but no response received from company. I had called to toll free number and spoke to couple of customer service staffs who assured to call back.
