My Name is Prabha Singh
Fraud has been done by Home Credit Finance with me .
This company people forged the document, they forged my signature . and crated FAKE document with 24% flat interest . and other fake details .
I am attaching he document here.
Now they are calling me day and night to pay EMI . and also calling my relative .
I never signed any such document
and they are calling my friends and relatives . this is a another fraud and crime which I am going to lodge a separate complain to cyber crime police.
I was told to pay 35 EMI of 6323 /.
I have paid all EMI and now I am being paid to call again and now my EMI has is increased to 61 .
I have already paid the EMI. with the principal amount I have paid around interest 77000 in 3 years .
In the document also calculations are wrong . they have increased the EMI amount .
I am attaching a email screenshot as well where the increased number of EMI numbers to 58 .
I am going in depression as they are calling me day and night and defaming me in my friends .
This is a fraud company . they are not following RBI guidelines and .
If they don't stop calling me and don't close this matter . I am going to write this to RBI as well .
Please help me on this .
