Home Credit India Finance — hit ecs without my permission for month of september 2020

To home credit chairman,

As i paritosh jaiswal as your customer need a exact clarification from your side that under which conditions your company get hit my ecs on yesterday.

As i was already held a discussion with home credit rti cell where they allowed me to make a payment in moth of last september 2020, where they get stopped my emi deductions till this month.

But your company make a hit of my ecs without my permission as you all knows that covid’19 is going on.

Not only this but also we all ready the current news of which is highlighted by honable supreme court that “ the plea to defer emi payment on term loans till december 31 ensures that the lending institutions shall not use any kind of illegal, violent, threatening or harassing methods against borrowers for the recovery of the loan installments.“

Then from whose permission you all hit my ecs on yesterday

Not only this but also you all exploit my cibil also...

Note:- 1. Make a 2 emi of 2 different personal loan

2. Media copy of rule by supreme court

Cc: honable supreme court

Honable chief minister (U. P)
