[Resolved]  Home Credit India Finance — Wrong charging and fraud by your employee

Maine aapke home credit se Gionee s6s finance karaya tha. Jisme ki maine Rs 5600 down payment di thi or jo meri EMI bani thi vo Rs 1643 ki 7 month ke liye thi. Or bill mujhe 16500 ka mila Yani ki mujhe jo payment karna hai vo hai 5600+11501=17101 Aap log 0% per phone finance karne ki baat karte hai to Rs16500 ka Rs17101 kaise le sakte hain or jabki mujhse 500 ka file charge bhi maanga gaya.
Or jaha tak fraud ki baat hai ye lone maine apne bhai ke naam se liya tha. Evening me shop me rush hone ke karan appke exicutive ko details entry krne main time lag raha tha to humne use kal aane ke liye kaha kyoki humare pass ek doc kam tha to aapke exicutive ne bola ki main abhi approval le leta hu lone ka doc app kal leke aa jana or contract paper pr kal sign krna or bill bhi kal le jana or maine 5600 de diye lekin jab next day maine use bill or doc sign karne ke liye bola to aapke exicutive ne bola uski koi jarurat ni hai approval ho gaya hai sari detail online chali gayi hai bill aap kabhi bhi le jana. Aapke exicutive ke dwara doc pr farzi signature kiye gaye. 1 mahine baad home credit se humare pass phone aaya ki aapki ECS cancel ho gayi hai signature match na hone ki wajah se aap abhi payment kr dijiye varna late charges lag jayenge. Jab maine aapke customer care se baat ki to unhone bola ki abhi aap 400 rs ka payment kar do or office ja kr ECS ke liye apply kr do. Or maine 400 ka payment kar diya. Payment ke baad mujhe pata chala ki 400 rs mujhse late payment liya gaya hai
Ab aap hi bataiye fraud aap log krte hain or uske charges​ hum bahrenge. Appke is fraud ki vajah se main aapki koi bhi payment nahi chahta hun.
