My concern is about about my first loan for my phone Micromax Canvas Nitro which is cleared before 2 months ago. Now i want my Bill which is taken by your agent at the time of documentation. I called many times on the customer care for the same concern and last time agent assured me that you guys will sent a soft copy(Scan Copy) on my mail and hard copy to my address but till now i don't receive any thing.My registered contact number is [protected], you can get my all the details by this one. In reply to your query, as discussed with you over the call we have already shared the Invoice copy on your email address [protected]@gmail.com on 4/12/15 @11.25 am and the hard copy has been sent on registered address via First Flight Courier and the same will be delivered to you with in next 5 to 7 days.
