we placed an order of a spice mobile phone (WORTH rs. 1999) on 6th oct 2014, recvd the item on 7th oct 2014, order no:[protected], on 8/10/14 we requested for return. our complaint number is[protected], we have given 2 mobile numbers ([protected] and [protected]). since then we have not received any call and no one has visited us for a pickup of the item. The only thing we have been getting messages that homeshop people have tried called us.. not reachable. Can you please explain as to how is it possible that both the numbers are not reachable that too since 8th or 9th oct 2014?? This is for the first time we purchased item from homeshop, let's not make it a bitter experience. We have been buying stuff through online. Must appreciate jabong, snapdeal and yebhi are excellent and very prompt in taking care of return items and refunding the money. In lieu of this mobile we would like to buy another mobile through you, which is even expensive than this. we don't mind exchanging to that and paying you balance amount. Kindly help, and request you not to compel us to go to consumer court as we have all the evidence to prove it. Rather try to build up a strong relationship. From Mrs. C. K.
