HomeTown — Need duplicate bill copy of purchased product

I had purchased two electronic products from HomeTown on 03/07/2010. In that for Whirlpool refrigerator i didn't get bill since i bought it through EMI and i had cleared loan also. Now im getting the problem in my refrigerator and Whirlpool people are asking for the bill . I called HomeTown Bangalore branch and customer care many times but nobody is responding properly. I purchased it from HomeTown Marathahalli branch near to Innovative multiplex. Please send the duplicate bill to my email id ie sahana.[protected]@gmail.com Model No.12277 Serial NO.INA10/315413
