[Resolved] HomeTown — Wardrobe doors not aligned and promised to be replaced | |||
I bought a 2-Door Wardrobe from HomeTown via PayTm website in Apr2015. It was delivered and assembled in May 2015, but the doors were not aligned and the assembler from Hometown and his supervisor on phone promised me that they will replace the doors within 10 days. Now its Jun 2015, and nobody is picking up the Hometown customer care numbers. I didn't believe that a company of this size can have this much pathetic customer care.
