[Resolved] Honda 2 Wheelers India — starting problem | |||||
I purchased a brand-new honda activa125 (Bs iv) no: kl-26-j-1066, from muthoot honda adoor on the 23rd of january 2018. I bought it for my wife to use it too. But after few weeks of purchase, i started to experience some problems with the two-wheeler which was that it got major starting trouble. It takes about 5 to 6 times with choke and self and more than 8 times to kick start it. If the vehicle is not started for 2 days, then on the third day it will take forever to kick start it. It is very embarrassing and tiring especially for a woman to kick start a new vehicle so many times. Even though i already done the servicing twice, the problem still persists. Please take necessary action to rectify my vehicle’s problem. If not, kindly exchange it as soon as possible. If you are not willing to investigate this matter, i have no other choice than to approach the consumer court. Hoping to hear from you as soon as possible.
