    I found stone in the bottle of chocolate horlicks I am genuinely very shocked after this..all we drink horlicks for our good health but if we eat hard small stone what will happen to our body very bad experience never expected this from horlicks imagine how it can be made if had stones inside it omg be aware of it.

      The 1 kg pouch I have purchased is tasteless and have black material floating. I am afraid if something happen to me after drinking it. The faith I have in this company has lost. Customer satisfaction is zero. I don't understand what should I do. The retailer refused to take it back. Wastage of money. I don't know what should I do. Getting refund is not the solution. Apart from getting refund the company should look into it so that the quality should not be compromised.

        Dear Sir/Ma’am

        We hereby register our strong disapproval to see bollywood actors/actresses as Brand Ambassadors (BA) of the products/services which we use in our daily lives, because in bollywood there are multiple illegal activities going on. Drug Nexus, Money Laundering, Casting Couch, Adult Content, etc. to name a few.

        We are not against your product or your company, but still we unitedly Boycott your products till you change Brand Ambassador for your product (number of Protest feedback forms or emails you receive will slowly speak volumes about our strength)

        We, the masses, can’t accept such people to be our ideal or Hero or representing us in any manner. They shouldn’t relate even to the products or services which we use.

        Rather you must bring on board the ideal persons from real life not reel life, the masses have woken up together and masses telling you clearly that we will connect with real heroes like, sports persons, people engaged in social welfare, NGO workers, Environmentalists etc.

        Caution: This feedback is part of public movement & must not be ignored/taken lightly.

            Hi Team,

            My father, B Vaman Pai is a retailer, owner of Balaji Traders shop. We purchased Horlicks Classic Malt 500grams product. However, it was not sold out and 2 packets (500gram each) has been expired. We requested the Arun Agency ( Agency which deliver the product to us) to take the product back and refund the money however, they declined to take the expired product. Could you please look in to this and help us to return the expired product?

            Please note that we have already raised this issue by contacting to your toll free number and it was promised from your end to contact us back within 2 days. However, no one contacted us till now. We again contacted to toll free number twice and again they told us the same. Even I have raised the complaint through email but no response.

            Please look in to this issue as soon as possible.

              I have purchased horlicks regular last week, it tastes different like no fragrance, no taste and color is also brown and some hard substances are there. Previously my child was liking horlicks but this time she is not liking that and she too tells this is not horlicks. What kind of cheating and fraud you are doing to the consumers, this is not spared

                        I have a few complaints about Distruster in vishkapatanam.

                        1.His staff so rude if are in the shop they don't wait to hand over the stock.

                            I am Mohammed Modassir from Nawada district of Bihar .
                            I bought a Horlick pack of 500g from a supermarket nearby my residence.
                            After opening that pack to take it with milk, the Horlick didnt give Original Taste and it seem to look dusty.

                            So i inform the manager of the same supermarket to take action regarding this.
                            They suggested me to register a complain then return the product
                            which i paid at supermarket.

                            I want my compensation i.e the cost of the pack.

                                  I have purchased three 500g Horlicks classic malt from CSD canteen sulur (Batch No. 200318DC.PA) and I felt taste difference in the first pack and tried the next one which also resulted in same problem. So I have not opened the third pack. I raised this issue with Hindustan Unilever Ltd in Aug 2020 and they agreed for replacement of the defective products. Further, despite several reminders there was poor response and stating reasons like COVID lockdown etc (could not attached Mail communications since PDF formats not accepted for upload). Till now the product has not been replaced. I had a very worst experience with the Horlicks being a regular use of the said product for more than 20 years. Now I stopped the using of the product and still waiting for the product to be replaced. Now I no more require the product and need the money back with compensation owing to the distress I have faced. Request for a favourable action. Thanks

                                    Recently i have purchased Junior horlicks of 500gm of Horlicks brand. The price for 500gm junior horlicks is Rs.209 (without any offers). The same junior horlicks and same quantity paked in cartoon box is Rs.273 & in plastic container is Rs.288. My complaint is how the price difference between plastic packet and cartoon box is Rs.64 for same product, type & quantity. And together is sold in a market. This needs serious action on the company as they are illegally declaring the MRP on their product. I have proof on that and i can submit if legal action taken on this company.

                                      Please produce horlicks free from artificial sweetener and sugar. It will help people with diabetes, hypothyroidism and children. Sugar is bad for many reasons such as weight gain, blood sugar, bp, hypothyroidism, cancer risk and get hyper in mental diseases. Bad for children in overconsumption. Artificial sweetener is equally bad as it has got side effects and in children. I will be very thankful if you produce such product as my family has a problem of diabetes and hypothyroidism. It is just a feedback from my side.

                                        Found a dead insect inside the horlicks 500g packet . I completed through email and calls no one responded yet . And is have share them photos and details as well
