My laptop monitor stopped display. My laptop is covered under warranty period. Raised complaint about monitor problem. Case ID is [protected].
The tech support engineer from ORAREGA Technologies (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. visited and verified the issue. He raised a request to HP for replacement monitor which he brought after 10 days after the initial complaint.
The engineer changed the monitor first. He did verification call to HP. Then the engineer said that he can not change the monitor as the CT number is not matching and HP has rejected the case.
CT number mismatch is nothing to do with me. It must be issue with HP's end and how can I be responsible for this. Was this information helpful? |
