On 5th July, my laptop had a speaker replacement by the technician sent by Hp, within a day, the right hinge loosened, and the right corner of the frame popped out, causing screen burn.
I tried contacting HP since 5 days, they aren't giving any response or update to that case.
I request a replacement, or repair of the same as my laptop is in warranty.
HP India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    I purchased HP ink tank printer 319 Product no. Z6Z13A / Sl. no. CN24K7D2SJ 0n Aug.15, 2022 and is under warranty.
    I lodged a complaint on 24/06/2023 which has been registered as HP Case Number: [protected] CRM:[protected].
    About 13 days has passed and no body has visited to attend the printer.
    It is vert regrettable on the part of HP

            I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding the handling of my printer complaint through WhatsApp support. I have interacted with three different executives, and the level o[censored]nprofessional behavior and lack of resolution has been deeply concerning.

            To provide a clear timeline of events, I would like to outline my experience:

            On 21st June 2023, I initially contacted your support team through WhatsApp and spoke to the first executive (Saurabh)
            . However, it was evident that they were highly irresponsible as they forgot the details of my complaint, displaying a lack of basic professionalism.
            After 1 hour of chat, the executive told me that now a new CCE will attend to my problem. I waited for 45 minutes then the new executive responded.
            Then I spoke to the second executive. He/She assured me that my complaint was registered and informed me that an email would be sent to arrange a technician visit. Unfortunately, I have not received any communication via email for the next two days, leaving me without any resolution.

            In sheer frustration, I contacted HP support through WhatsApp once more on 23rd June 2023. Shockingly, the third executive informed me that no complaint was registered at all, contradicting the previous assurance. Only when I expressed my annoyance did they suddenly confirm that the complaint was indeed registered, but I am still awaiting the promised email for the technician visit and a quotation for the necessary repairs. He gave me case ID - [protected].

            This repeated mishandling of my complaint and the inconsistency in your team's responses are completely unacceptable. I rely on my printer for important tasks, and this ongoing issue has caused significant disruption to my work.

            I kindly request an immediate explanation for this unprofessional behavior and a concrete plan of action to resolve the problem with my printer. Additionally, I expect a prompt email with a confirmed date and time for a technician visit, along with a detailed quotation for the required repairs.

            Please understand that this level of service is far below my expectations as a loyal HP customer. I trust that you will take this matter seriously and take swift action to rectify the situation.

            I look forward to your urgent response and a satisfactory resolution to my complaint. Should my concerns remain unaddressed, I will be compelled to explore alternative avenues to ensure my rights as a consumer are upheld.

              Hello, I was not able to connect to my other pc over router. So tried using whatsapp technical help from your side.
              You Employee by the name of Sunantha started the chat. I described her my problem and according to me she was not able to help me. Even then she literally wasted one working hour of mine and her asking me pointless questions and then not replying for extended periods. At last she told me that she is not authorized to help me as pe HP policy.
              My question is that, If she was not able to help me solve the query, Why did she wasted my time in pointless questions.
              This is not the way to treat the customers who are using your products from last 20 years. Time to us is Limited. and your employee dosent have the right to waste our time like this. I need closing in this case with quick resolution and action against the person.

                I want to escalate a fraud against the below HP authorised service center.

                I purchased the HP laptop model victus[5CD2468ZVY] on 25 January 2023 from Croma . From the beginning, I encountered various issues that have significantly hindered my productivity and caused immense frustration. I would like to highlight the following problems:

                **Battery Drainage**: The battery life is significantly shorter than what was advertised. Even with minimal usage, the laptop's battery drains rapidly, forcing me to constantly search for power outlets and hindering its portability.

                **Software Malfunctions**: The pre-installed software frequently crashes and displays error messages.

                **display Malfunction**: the display is not working properly

                these issues may be indicative of manufacturing defects

                I am literally now frustrated with your product

                In light of the aforementioned issues, I would like to request the following actions from HP:
                Your technician has visited my
                place two times.

                Now I don't want any replacement for any part, I just want my laptop to be replaced . otherwise i have to take a strict action against your company

                    I'm Venkatesh from Sivagangai, Tamilnadu. I purchased Hp laptop 3 years ago in Chennai. Actually I'm having a separate personal laptop for me. This one was purchased for my grandmother in Hometown. She is interested in learning new technologies. So I have given this laptop to grandma to communicate with me anytime. At that time of purchase I had paid around 4.5K for the Accidental care pack for that laptop. The problem is I did not follow up with her regarding this ADP care pack expiry status. After 3 years it expired in February, 2023. Now I need to renew that ADP care pack but while trying to renew it the customer support agent told me that the ADP care pack was already expired. I have tried many times and the same response only came.

                    I need higher official authority to escalate this issue because it was not intentionally missed. The problem is my grandma did not understand those details. I need to renew my ADP care pack for my laptop. Requesting you to clear this with some special approval to give permission. It would be great if my issue was solved.

                      Due to my laptop was working slow i have purchased a HP SSD 250gb from HP world (HP WORLD (GAJANAND GOYAL & Co.), At-Ground Floor, Shop Room No-3, Sambalpur town unit-5, Sambalpur, Odisha, GSTIN-21AACFG5199E1ZM, Contact No-[protected]) on 10th May 2023 and they said with service charge it cost 3700.00. I agreed and paid the amount for replaced new SSD to run the laptop as per my expectation. But their service engineer formatted the laptop and all laptop backup has been lost. But mainly the product which i had purchased that a pro version of Adobe Photoshop-7.0 & MS Office 2016 with cost also deleted from system. The technician did not aware me before formatting that all data will be lost so that i would keep product key backup. After replaced SSD he said i will install MS office free of cost tomorrow due to having late today, Then next day i called the technician but he did not arrive, then next day again i have called him and he arrived to install MS office but he could not installed the same and again said that i will come day after tomorrow. I have also told him that after disassembled the laptop the charging is very slow it taking 5-6hrs to get 100% charge, but he did not listen. Next day i have again called to technician but he was out side of station so unable to arrive, then today also i have requested him to come and install MS office & inspect the charging issue which persisting after disassembled the laptop but neither the technician nor the dealer responding for the same. Since the date of SSD replacement till now it crossed 5 days but i did not get my laptop complete repair even after given payment. I need MS office Pro version install & charging issue resolved will be done by the dealer in free of cost which problem arises by them only. Its my humble request to the consumer helpline authority please help to do the needful as soon as possible, why i will be harassed even after given payment and its not my job to making followup day by day to come and complete the repair.

                          I have a HP pavilion Laptop 14-celxxx, product no. 5FW09PA#ACJ. I replaced my laptop battery on 12 Feb, 2023 from HP World, Durgapur. Then I came back office (Bangalore) and after 2 months the battery got damaged. So I went to HP centre, Bangalore and they said its a battery issue and they won't be able to replace it because there is no serial no in my invoice received from the Durgapur HP World. I called service centre in Durgapur and they informed me that due to some vendor issue only their centre will replace the battery within warranty period. Now I am in Bangalore and can't take leave and go to Durgapur just to replace the battery. I told them to extend my warranty as I will come to Durgapur in the month of September or October however they are not ready to extend my warranty. When I told them that this is not my mistake then they talked rudely on phone and put the phone by saying if you want to replace it you have to come to our store only or courier the battery in which they are not responsible for battery is misplaced or damaged. We are taking the company products as we can use the warranty anywhere in India, not just to the same store from where we purchased.

                            Dear HP Team,

                            GENTLE REMINDER-36.

                            This is another strategy to make money from Customers. First HP Sells a Laptop of Rs 80000/- to Customers like me and on that they start making money by replacing defective products like LCD Display Panel of Rs 35000/- and the Battery Cost of Rs 9000/- so the net cost to Customer of HP laptop has now become Rs 1.25 Lakhs to me which is not at all acceptable..

                            Please find a cost effective solution for resolving the Intermittent malfunctioning of the mouse which I am sure we can resolve by adopting better technique than by replacing the LCD Display panel completely where there is no guarantee from your end.

                            First of all the Service Engineer who visited my place was a fresher who was doing hit and trial. He didn't diagnose it properly and didn't share any RCA for the arrow/mouse issue. He told me that it might be due to this LCD display and told me that it would be replaced free of cost by HP..

                            Please take action against the Engineer Mr.Gaurav and blacklist the Service Provider M/s.Silicon Comnet Pvt for telling a lie to the Customer and on integrity issue.

                            Please assign this case to a reliable and genuine service provider.

                            The Laptop cost is 80000 and HP Service Provider is asking for 34k for LCD replacement and want to do a hit and trial at customers' cost for a minor issue without proper diagnosis. What is the guarantee that this issue will not come in my laptop after an investment of 34000/- for LCD Display.. How long will it last?

                            Don't cheat customers like this or else I'll have to do away with this HP product and will go for another Brand and it seems HP is tarnishing its brand image in India with faulty service and faulty products which Senior management of HP should take cognizance of the fact and take necessary action for the resolution of the issue.

                            Anticipate a positive and early response on this.

                              jalandhar, he quoted me 83000 /- for laptop while paying the price he denied to give me laptop and demanded rs 85000. this type of attidtude is not acceptable from the reputed company showroom. Also the salesman insulted me in front of the 3 customers . this is shame ful act, no person is responded after this incident. i already talked with the hp area manager mr shivam even then no resolution is given to me. i loose my faith from hp company

                                  I had Purchased Hp wireless Inktank Printer 416 printer from Croma, and requested for installation immediately, I waited and no body came, then again 3-3 times i raised a request still I did not hear from HP support. then finally after going through youtube I got my printer installed. Now that I am trying to use the black ink is not working. I have registered 3 - 4 complaints already but I have not received any help.. I am really sick and tired with HP support their equipment is also not user friendly nor you get any help.

                                    What is the status of my replacement printer. It is taking too long. I have registered. complaint on 31st March 2023 today is 20th April 2023.
