Hp — Fraud at HP service center

I want to escalate a fraud against the below HP authorised service center.

I had given my HP compaq Elite 8300 ultra slim pc in Feb 2023 to the HP authorised service centre..
I had cpu frequent restart problem and was told by the HP service center manager that the motherboard need to be replaced. A sum of Rs.6000 for the motherboard and Rs.800 for service was taken for me (bill attached) for the service. The cpu problem has not been resolved since Feb 2023, which is more than 3 months.
The service center manager Mr. Charan (mob no.- [protected]) took the money but did not resolve the issue.Now he has stopped taking my calls and avoiding me for last 2 months now.
I request HP to take strict action against this and provide me a refund or resolve my desktop issue immediately.
