[Resolved] Hp Gas — amount deducted from my debit card but booking not made

Hi, i, hp gas customer, having customer number 616302, registered mobile number [protected], tried booking a gas cylinder yesterday on 15th may at 12 pm.

During this process rs. 618 amount was debited from my bank account but gas booking was not made. Myhpgas.in portal directed to esbi page where amount was deducted from my debit card after that i got message "cannot connect server" and gas booking failed.

It has been more than 24 hours but neither have i received the refund nor i see any process initiated by hpgas to refund the same.

My customer is is 632781. and I paid my gas online by credit card on 3rd may 2018. but my vendor didn't received payment so I had to pay cash again. how can I refund my money from hpcl.
My credit card bank say the merchant hpcl has recieved money
