[Resolved] Hp Gas — amount deducted from my debit card but booking not made | |||||
Hi, i, hp gas customer, having customer number 616302, registered mobile number [protected], tried booking a gas cylinder yesterday on 15th may at 12 pm. During this process rs. 618 amount was debited from my bank account but gas booking was not made. Myhpgas.in portal directed to esbi page where amount was deducted from my debit card after that i got message "cannot connect server" and gas booking failed. It has been more than 24 hours but neither have i received the refund nor i see any process initiated by hpgas to refund the same. Was this information helpful? | |||||

While trying process the refill order through MyHPgas app amount has been deducted but refill order not booked. Can you please verify and refund the amount else book the refill order.
