Hp Gas — hp gas payment confirmation not received but money got deducted from bank account

I have made payment for my hp gas cylinder refill payment of 796 rs via the upi payment phonepay and after the payment is done confirmation not received instead of message displayed as payment failed but money got deducted from account. I would like to know what is the status of the payment, either company should refund my money or confirm the cylinder refill.

Updated by nick_nik Can you please let me know when my refund will credited because i checked with Gas agency they said no payment received and when cylinder will come i have again pay the refill amount. that mens I am paying twice for the one refill request.
