[Resolved]  Hp Gas — Money not refunded

I had booked hp gas cylinder on 4.08.2020 and made online payment through gpay. Amount rs 621 was deducted from my account and transaction was successful in gpay but still it showing payment status as pending on hp gas app. Payment made through gpay transaction id[protected]. I have neither received any payment confirmation nor amount refunded to my account from hp gas. Transaction id in hp gas is [protected].
