[Resolved]  Hp Gas — online payment done but gas cylinder not booked

I have booked gas cylinder on 25/11/2019 through internet booking on myhpgas.in and made payment through payment portal through upi by using amazon pay upi. My transaction through amazon upi was successful and amount debited from my a/c. Sbi upi reference no is[protected]. I have lodged complaint in hp portal and complaint number is csa-131241-b6w9f6 but no response from their side.

My consumer number is 649420 and linked mobile number is [protected].
