In bhopal p ant t chouraha hp patrol teir service is worst they theft patrol and no one present in free air filling section and i[censored] tell them to have someone their they have replied Rudely so please do something to better customer experience at hp patrol pump.

Stores Purania, Aliganj, Lucknow on Dated =12 -August 2022 .
The Laptop purchased was of HP Cost to us Rs = 46, 948 .
In the Store the purchase was assisted by Mr.Karan Mishra .

My name is Govind. I bought hp laptop (model: 15s-eq2143 ) on 5 september, 2022 and now I'm facing an issue (sometimes laptop not opening). At the time of buying showroom told that you will get 14 days replacement but now they were saying that I have to raise complaints after that they will replace it.

I have just purchased new laptop worth rs 40000 in cash of Hp.. when I brought the laptop home.. i came to know that it's only working when charger is plugged in.. i mean.. it doesn't turn on without charger . The moment I plugged in the charger . It switched on then.. i m really disappointed bcoz it is hampering my work a lot.I had full faith in Hp.. but what u people had done??? Very very disappointed...it's my new lapi.m and it's not working from the very first day..

    The service, not yet provided to me at your “service” centre is coming to us as a rude shock,
    I had deposited my Laptop on 26th August at your Vashi service centre. For 3 faulty keys.
    I received an email indicating the price as INR 9180/- for replacement of the board, upon calling I was informed that I need to deposited immediately only after which the service would commence. I deposited the said amount...

    I bought said laptop in Aug-2021 and have been facing some issues since April 2022. Complaint was raised for the same April 2022 and some repairs/services/part replacement (as per service centre) attempts were done by Aforeserve.com Limited many times however issue still persists.
    I have called the service cetre also now they are saying warenty is over we will have to pay.

    Hello,

    This is regarding a HP Monitor P204V Purchased on 5th November, 2020 and within in 6 months there was a dead pixels which are 5 now.

    Product: 5RD66AA 5RD66A7

    The customer service is saying it comes under induced damaged and will not come under warranty. Like Seriously? Dead pixel issue can not be created by a user, its due to some on the screen during manufacturing...

    Dear Sir Yesterday I have Purchased one Mouse Amounting to Rs 565 fo your Aurangabad dealer M/SBombay Stationers Pvt Ltd Aurangabad Maharashtra.Which I found Fauly i.e not in working condition. Hence I went to dealer to exchange the product. YOur dealer checked and confirmed that its not working . O aske d your dealer to replace the product and take the product back. Your dealer asked me to go to HP service Center and get that exchanged....

        Taken laptop hp pavilion 2 months before and its in warranty period not getting start after doing so many calls from 2 week emails to hp and microsoft my laptop is not working, now when telling to repair to hp support asking for money in warranty period, feeling stupid and fool to people, Requesting to repair my laptop else will raise complaint in consumer court and consumer board

            There is a leak in my cylinder.
            It's not from the valve but from the body itself.
            The cylinder body has a hole in it.
            I am very disappointed in HP.
            For now I have covered the hole with soap.
            But what if the hole and the leak was not discovered.And what if there was an accident.
            I am thinking about filling a complaint.
            You are playing with people's life.

            The pokhariput HP petrol pump guys are cheating customers every day.
