This is very urgent situation that, I am complaining regarding the sales and service of the HP smart tank 675. I want to draw your attention regarding my device which has been bought on 19 Jun 2023 from Mohan Multi Traders (P N Ghosh Street Purulia, West Bengal, MB: [protected]) and its increasing issues:
1. No demo has been given till now.
2. most of the time the printer got stuck.
3. Numerous calls have been doe towards the help line of Hp but hadn't got any reply.
4.we had tried reaching the salesperson but it's of no use.
5. Can't access the printer Wi-Fi properly. most of the time it is showing lock protected, neither Wi-Fi is connecting.

          We purchased HP Laser MFP 138fnw ( 3 in 1 Printer from Local Trader). Immediately we found that the scan and print both are visibly tilted and not looking good.

          Two times we had complaint to company and both the times engineer visited and checked the printer. Officially both the time it was reported that the printer is OK. This is not acceptable as scan and print quality are visibly bad.

          We believe that company/dealer has sold faulty product to us. Since long this printer was in rare use at our end as print and scan was looking very bad.

            There are 2(Dell and HP) Laptops are stolen from my home on 22/6/23. I have already informed to my nearest police station with FIR.

                I have brought HP MFN 1188a and this printer was wrongly advised to me by sales person at customer care with code N5.
                I brought the printer of 26th july 2023 and immediately contacted the technician support that the printer does not support mobile print .I talked to Mr Swapnil and a order was raised on 2nd August 2023 no:[protected] which on regular reminder the technical person attended on 16th August 2023 and told me that the printer does not support mobile print.i told him I am ready for exchange for which he said he will try.i again called up today the tech support team and unfortunately the same Mr swapnil was on line.i pleaded for an exchange and I was ready to pay the difference price and extra money as well.however he told me that exchange can be done only within 14 days of purchase. NOW HAD THE SERVICE PERSON COME IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE ORDER NO[protected] RAISED ON 2ND AUGUST 2023, I WAS WELL WITHIN MY RIGHTS TO EXCHANGE THE PRINTER. BUT SINCE THE DELAY IN SERVICE PERSONAL COMING ON THE 16TH AUGUST, THE 14 DAY PERIOD OF EXCHANGE WAS OVER.I EARNESTLY PLEAD FOR AN EXCHANGE TO MFN 1188w as soon as possible. I will deeply appreciate this gesture

                    3. No response from hp printer service shop and customer care
                    I gave complaint before 1month ..but yet resolved...of printer problems.

                      Not delivering gas in time

                      Abhishek gas agency khusrupur patna denied to delive the gas on 2nd floor. Gas prices is going high and high and customer facing difficulties high and high it means HP GAS totally fail to satisfy customer.

                      The laptop was delivered on 21.06.2023 but it was defective in terms that one of the key is Non - Functional which shows that the product is not quality tested by the company. This is not expected from branded company like HP. I ordered a brand new laptop so that it works properly but having issue on the first day suggests that the productive is defective and other issues might crop up in future . Therefore, it is better to have such defective product replaced or returned. Fir this, i lodged a complaint with Amazon Customer care on 28.06.2023 which was well within the time of return/replacement. The executive attending the call assured us of timely complaint and assured us of return/replacement for which he said that he will sent us an email on which we have to respond but we did not receive any email. Post that due to some medical issue in the family i could not follow up. Now, yesterday i.e. 05.07.2023 I again followed up with Amazon Customer care and again i got the assurance of refund/replacement but no resolution till date. Today i.e. 06.07.2023, i again followed up with amazon customer care and after talking to multiple executives and waiting for long time on hold one of the executives disconnected the call in between. I am really tired of following up for a defective product. What is the use of buying a branded new product when it is not quality tested and troubles from very first day. Kindly look into the matter and i request you for return or replacement of my laptop so that i can have a peace of mind and do my professional work without any interruption of getting the repairs done every now and then. Kindly resolve at the earliest.

                        On 5th July, my laptop had a speaker replacement by the technician sent by Hp, within a day, the right hinge loosened, and the right corner of the frame popped out, causing screen burn.
                        I tried contacting HP since 5 days, they aren't giving any response or update to that case.
                        I request a replacement, or repair of the same as my laptop is in warranty.

                          I purchased HP ink tank printer 319 Product no. Z6Z13A / Sl. no. CN24K7D2SJ 0n Aug.15, 2022 and is under warranty.
                          I lodged a complaint on 24/06/2023 which has been registered as HP Case Number: [protected] CRM:[protected].
                          About 13 days has passed and no body has visited to attend the printer.
                          It is vert regrettable on the part of HP

                                  I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding the handling of my printer complaint through WhatsApp support. I have interacted with three different executives, and the level o[censored]nprofessional behavior and lack of resolution has been deeply concerning.

                                  To provide a clear timeline of events, I would like to outline my experience:

                                  On 21st June 2023, I initially contacted your support team through WhatsApp and spoke to the first executive (Saurabh)
                                  . However, it was evident that they were highly irresponsible as they forgot the details of my complaint, displaying a lack of basic professionalism.
                                  After 1 hour of chat, the executive told me that now a new CCE will attend to my problem. I waited for 45 minutes then the new executive responded.
                                  Then I spoke to the second executive. He/She assured me that my complaint was registered and informed me that an email would be sent to arrange a technician visit. Unfortunately, I have not received any communication via email for the next two days, leaving me without any resolution.

                                  In sheer frustration, I contacted HP support through WhatsApp once more on 23rd June 2023. Shockingly, the third executive informed me that no complaint was registered at all, contradicting the previous assurance. Only when I expressed my annoyance did they suddenly confirm that the complaint was indeed registered, but I am still awaiting the promised email for the technician visit and a quotation for the necessary repairs. He gave me case ID - [protected].

                                  This repeated mishandling of my complaint and the inconsistency in your team's responses are completely unacceptable. I rely on my printer for important tasks, and this ongoing issue has caused significant disruption to my work.

                                  I kindly request an immediate explanation for this unprofessional behavior and a concrete plan of action to resolve the problem with my printer. Additionally, I expect a prompt email with a confirmed date and time for a technician visit, along with a detailed quotation for the required repairs.

                                  Please understand that this level of service is far below my expectations as a loyal HP customer. I trust that you will take this matter seriously and take swift action to rectify the situation.

                                  I look forward to your urgent response and a satisfactory resolution to my complaint. Should my concerns remain unaddressed, I will be compelled to explore alternative avenues to ensure my rights as a consumer are upheld.

                                    Hello, I was not able to connect to my other pc over router. So tried using whatsapp technical help from your side.
                                    You Employee by the name of Sunantha started the chat. I described her my problem and according to me she was not able to help me. Even then she literally wasted one working hour of mine and her asking me pointless questions and then not replying for extended periods. At last she told me that she is not authorized to help me as pe HP policy.
                                    My question is that, If she was not able to help me solve the query, Why did she wasted my time in pointless questions.
                                    This is not the way to treat the customers who are using your products from last 20 years. Time to us is Limited. and your employee dosent have the right to waste our time like this. I need closing in this case with quick resolution and action against the person.
