Amount deducted from my Bank account but gas not booked

I booked gas via HP app and paid through PhonePe on 12th July.
Amount got deducted but booking did not happen.
Transaction shows successful.
Now my bank and phonepe says they can do nothing.
HP customer support says they did not receive booking.
Dealer says he can't do anything.
Have been following up very hard for 3 months now.
Please help !!

HP care pack/ HP upgrade program

I PURCHASED HP CARE PACK SERVICE/HP UPGRADE PROGRAM FROM hpupgradeprogram.com. I paid Rs. 4399 for the service on 14.07.2021 which consists of extended warranty, accidental damage protection and 3 years McAfree internet security antivirus subscription.

I have not recieved McAfree internet security antivirus even after complaints to the hp customer care.

Warranty Mismatch and Damaged Item

I have placed an order of "HP -Pavilion 14 laptop" Model - DV0055TU in the HP online store on Aug-18-2021.

1. I received the item on "Aug-23-2021"
2. Then immediately, I verified the warranty by unboxing the laptop, and within seconds, I realized that the warranty was already Active from "July28-2021" which also covers under "Extended Warranty" and is not covered under "Base Warranty".

My warranty not extended after payment

Dear sir
I am Ravi Kumar, I have HP laptop s.no CND828321N and my warranty expired on 23.09.2019 but I took extended warranty for 2 years from ARM Infoserve HP service center by paying an amount of Rs. 6250 on 24.09.2019. so my warranty extends up to 22.10.2021 .Documents are attached. But on the HP support website my warranty has not update.so in last month my laptop had some problem then I went to sysnet global technology pvt sambalpur....

Laptop Battery Issue

I bought a laptop model number - 15s-du3047tx on 18th June, battery wasn't working fine so I contacted with HP support through WhatsApp, they guided me to do a battery calibration test which I had to perform 3 times. After the 1st calibration test, the battery was working for 5.5 hours. and after completing the whole process 3 times, this drained to 2-3 hours....

Complaint regarding repair or replacement of All in one Desktop

I had purchased an All in one desktop PC in November 2019 .
It's display got damaged.
I am following up with all your service centres from September 2020. But the reply I got was" Parts are unavailable".
I also understand that due to the current situation the offices are not operative.
But as the schools are online, it is affecting my child's education .
I wany you to either repair or replace my desktop...

Regarding the hinge problem

I bought a HP laptop 15sdr1000tu with serial number CND9437PHG a year back with full care HP plan from reliance store Bangalore. It's been used so gently. For the past four months I was noticing that the black outer casing that covers the screen on the left side has become slightly loose and I thought it's normal. Warranty issue

I have by mistake extended the warranty of wrong serial number.I have register a case([protected]) on 12th april, 2021 stating the laptop warranty issue and other multiple issue in laptop. I was sold a bad product.

Dear sir,
My name is Pankaj. I bought a new laptop from HP. The day after buying the laptop, it went bad. HP has sold me a bad laptop. I have been giving a Complaint to HP for 3 months but my problems are not solvable. Running away from his responsibilities. I also asked him why a new laptop went bad the next day. Gas cylinder not delivered

I am the user of hp gas service since a long time my consumer no. is 619766, but now i am very much fed by the services of the dealer.M/s KAMLESHKUMAR B. MEDHAT H.P Distributor, puna kumbharia road kumbharia surat-394211.He is not getting any response in delivering the cylinders to us still after several complaints.

Warranty fraud

Hi,

I have received very bad service experience from hp-iqor servicing team.

I have bought 2 years extended warranty from hp-iqor service team, for which i have the invoice number: 104rh00041 on 24th. Case id for my 2 years extended warranty is jbl159/16561776 and invoice date is 24-apr 2018.

My extended warranty should have been till 24th august 2020. But till now i have besides the invoice...

laptop not delivered even after many weeks

I sent several mails to customer support, service head, operation head without any success. non delivery in time assured

This is to advise you that delivery of the product was attempted by you on 25th july 2017 only – 8 days after placing an order that was confirmed for same day delivery that is : 18th july 2017

Phone calls from both hp and savex were subsequently received by me on 20th july 2017 assuring delivery on 22nd july 2017 and also that i would be compensated for the delay. None of this materialized
