I am extremely disappointed with HP and its customer support. I purchased an HP OMEN laptop worth approximately $1, 400, which was a major investment for me and my family. It represents almost a whole year of our savings, and this is the kind of support we are receiving in return.
My issue is with disabling Virtualization Technology (VT) in the BIOS. I have been trying to get this issue resolved for the past 3 months, but HP has still not provided me with a proper solution or satisfactory support.
What makes this even more frustrating is that this does not appear to be an isolated issue. Many other HP OMEN series users seem to be facing similar problems. Yet, there is little to no meaningful response or assistance for customers like me.
The problem appears to be related to HP's BIOS implementation, but instead of providing a clear fix, proper guidance, or a BIOS update to address the issue, HP has left me struggling with it for months.
For my family, this laptop is not just another gadget. It is the result of a year's worth of hard-earned savings. Spending this much money on a premium laptop and then being unable to get proper technical support is genuinely frustrating and disappointing.
HP, customers deserve more than just a product. They deserve reliable after-sales service, accountability, and actual solutions when things go wrong.
I hope HP takes these complaints seriously and provides a proper fix for the OMEN series BIOS issues instead of leaving customers waiting indefinitely. Was this information helpful? |
