HP India — Hp omen 16 laptop error 502

My laptop got error 502 issue, due to it was under factory warranty i reported customer care on April 9, 2026, still issue not resolved.
More than 101 days i follow up with all channels of customer care, but issue not resolved till.
My observation is customer care treating it's customer as a ginuea pig, harassing All the way.
I have tried my all efforts in 101 days, but nobody care in Hp care system.
