Case Number [protected]. I am Dr. (CAPT.) R. S. Agrawala, 77yrs old, from Bhubaneswar running a nursing home. I purchased HP Laserjet pro MFP M126A on 22.04.25. It was giving problems from day 1 & finally detected by their Engineer as defective cartridge & needs to be replaced on 04.07.25. They are NOT replacing it since last more than 20days. HP company & Service provider Sysnet have NO sense of Humanity (Insaniyat), always telling lies, No business ethics & NO conscience either. Can you imagine, they have NO cartridge to replace all over India & 88A is a very common cartridge for their lots of models? They will NOT give a replacement from the local market, where it is available in plenty & they are telling daily to provide within 24 to 48hrs but to no avail. Extremely poor after sales service. Only interested to sell their product & torture the customer for services. No body should purchase HP products. Long list of e-mails & tel. conversations have NO effect on their conscience to supply a small cartridge to a sr. citizen running a Nursing Home. Just terrible. Extremely poor experience & would like to share in the local newspaper & TV.
Now, I request HP & SYSNET to at least resolve this issue at the earliest & let HP case officer & superviser M. Vamshi may talk to me on tel. & oblige.

Subject: Urgent Action Required – Repeated Printer Issues and Lack of Service Response
CAUTION: External Email
Dear Sir/Madam, DT.04.07.25.
REF: 1. Purchase bill of Printer
2. Old case ID: [protected]
This is to bring to your immediate attention the persistent and unresolved issue with the printer that has existed since the date of purchase.
On 10.05.25, I observed that the printer was producing very light prints, which prompted me to contact both HP and Sysnet Global. An engineer was eventually sent, who, after examining the printer, dismissed the issue and insisted the prints were normal — though I remained unconvinced.
Now, the problem has worsened. As of 01.07.25, the prints have become so light that they are practically unreadable. I lodged a complaint with Sysnet on the same day and shared clear evidence — including sample printouts and printer test prints — along with all necessary details. The documents are once again attached for your reference.
Despite repeated follow-ups via phone calls and WhatsApp messages, no engineer has visited or addressed the issue. Every single day I am told that someone will come — but no one ever shows up.
This level of negligence is unacceptable, especially for a device that has shown issues from day one. I demand immediate resolution of the problem and a proper service visit without further delay. If this matter is not resolved within the next 48 hours, I will have no option but to escalate this to higher authorities and relevant consumer grievance platforms.
Awaiting your urgent action.
