[Resolved] HP India — HP slate 6 voice tab | |||
Hi, I have bought a HP slate 6 voice tab from snapdeal.com () and after 15 days it had problem with wifi we went to the nearest service center and the guy there suggested that this handset needs to be replace and please contact the vendor form where we have purchased. When I speak to snapdeal they say we only cater to replacement within 7 days and moving forward its between the consumer and the company. The service center guy says all he can do it is write a letter, pack the phone for replacement. Please suggest how can i take this forward.
